We provide a wide range of professional services to suit all business and individual needs, including: accounts preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, corporate/personal and inheritance taxation, company formations to name but a few.

We have offices situated within Lancashire and Leicestershire and have a wide range of clientel, ranging from small to medium enterprises, incorporated and unincorporated, both in England and overseas.
When?
Studholme-Bell Limited was originally formed five years ago and commenced trading as a company formations agent, recently this has developed into a two practice firm.
Why?
Studholme-Bell Limited was formed as we believed that there are many businesses throughout the country, that were not receiving the best advice from their advisors and that if business was explained using diagrams rather than copious words, entrepreneurs would understand what they need to do now and in the future.
How?
Business for Breakfast has enabled Studholme-Bell Limited to meet and associate with local businesses and specialists, that have similar mind sets and who wish to improve the wellbeing and stature of all who are involved. It is not just breakfast, business is undertaken on a best friends basis.
